Mondo Pro Series Bakeware is made from premium 3003 alloy and is anodised which hardens and seals the surface producing an attractive, smooth and safe finish.
As with all anodised alumnium pans we recommend soaking and hand washing in warm soapy water before towel or air drying. Dishwasher not recommended.
