Chocolate flavour has the milk chocolate flavour without the dairy. It's delicious as a flavour for hard candy and lollipops. Try it in combination with other flavours such as banana, cherry or peppermint.
LorAnn's super strength flavours (also known as candy oils or flavouring oils) are three to four times the strength of water or alcohol-based flavourings or extracts.
You can use these unsweetened oils in hard candy, general candy making, chocolate, fudge, truffels, cakes, cookies, fondant, buttercream, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications.
Note: When substituting these flavours for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.
