Titanium White by Sprinks is Titanium Dioxide powder - one of the best white pigment agents available.
It is fat soluble and is generally used in any chocolate work where you require a whiter result - a small amount added to white chocolate will remove its natural yellow colour. It can also be used to turn fondant icing, modelling paste & flower paste into a brilliant shade of white.
Tip: when adding titanium dioxide to colour white chocolate, it is best to add it during the melting process to help the colour come out smoother.
