Create fondant or gumpaste decorations using this deer silicone mould.
The mould is approximately 9.5cm wide x 9cm high and includes 4 cavities in different designs: 2 x deer and 2 x oak leaves with acorns.
This silicone mould is made out of a silicone system specially formulated for use in food and confectionery and complies to FDA regulations.
Use with flower or modelling paste (gumpaste), fondant (with tylose as hardener), marzipan and more.
Tips:
Roll gently over the silicone mould and remove excess paste with a blade tool rather than a knife to avoid damaging the sugarcraft silicone mould.
For easy release, the sugarcraft silicone moulds can be lightly dusted with cornflour.
