Rolkem Special Blend lustre dust is approved food colouring €“ non-toxic, edible dusting powder with a glossy finish.
Use this product on your sugar craft articles to give it a high shine, similar to a metallic finish. It can be dry brushed onto any edible product including chocolate. Mix with Rose Spirit (cake decorator's alcohol), vodka, lemon juice or vanilla essence to create an edible paint.
