Returns:

We are confident that you will be very happy with your purchase from Cake & Kitchen. However if you are not totally satisfied please contact us within 48 hours and you may return it to us within 7 days to exchange or for a store credit.

Returned items must be in brand new unused condition and in original packaging along with a copy of the original receipt.

For food safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of food or edible items.

Please email info@cakeandkitchen.co.nz to arrange. Please note return delivery is at the cost of the sender.

Sorry, we do not refund because you've changed your mind or because you did not end up using the product. 

Faulty Goods:

We carefully check the quality of our products prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours at info@cakeandkitchen.co.nz

In the event you do return an item and the fault is detected by Cake & Kitchen, we will refund the cost of the return postage and either; a replacement will be sent, store credit issued or full refund offered.
