Description
Pastillage is a sugar paste icing that can be moulded, shaped by hand or cut into many different shapes and forms.
Pastillage has excellent structural properties and dries very firm making it perfect for sugar flowers, high heel shoe toppers and other three dimensional sculptures where strength is required.
Makes a white paste that can easily be coloured with gel or powder colours, and painted or dusted once dry.
Simply mix powder with water to create pastillage paste.
